Returns & Refunds

We have a 10-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 10 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Product Personalization Policy

⚠️ Please note:

  • Personalized products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

  • Cancellations are not accepted once the order is placed, as production begins immediately.

  • We cannot make modifications after the order is confirmed.

  • Each item is made to order and has no resale value, being uniquely created for you. Therefore, please double-check all details (names, dates, spellings, sizes, and design choices) before completing your purchase.


Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it right away. If you find any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

If you receive a damaged product, we will replace it under all conditions. To request a replacement, take a photo of the damage and send it to our email. Once received, we will review and either issue a replacement or take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including custom jerseys, special orders, or personalized products. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.

Customized products, custom jerseys, special orders, or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders placed with promotions or gift cards are also not eligible for returns.


Exchanges

Customized products are not eligible for exchange. For eligible items, please contact us at footbalnation@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange. The item must be in its original condition, packaging, and with all tags attached.

Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels. All return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
